Centenary Charity Day

This competition is to celebrate the centenary of Manchester and District Golf Alliance. The competition is a four ball team competition open to both male and female golfers. There is a handicap index limit of 20.0 for men and 30.0 for lady golfers.

We will also be using the competition to raise money for our chosen charity which is the Christie Hospital.

It is a Pro/Am and Am/Am competition with individual prizes for the professionals and team prizes for the top placed teams.

All players will recieve a 'goody bag' prior to teeing off (contents to be determined) and there will be nearest the pin competitions and other spot prizes.

At the conclusion of the competition there will be a gala dinner commencing at 8pm. This is a three course meal with an after dinner speaker, prize presentation, raffle and other entertainment.

Guests who have not played are welcome to attend the meal at a cost of £45 per head.

The total cost per team of four is £400 and this involves entry to the competition, all spot prizes and the dinner. As you will recognise this is heavily subsidised by MDGA.

There is a restriction of 31 teams and entries are on a 'first come' basis. Provisional bookings will be taken however the booking will be confirmed on receipt of a £100 non-refundable deposit.

Full payment will be required three weeks prior to the competition.
